  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

This Payments & Billing Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, and billing work for Holiday Home Concierge services.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Plan Options

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current plans and pricing are displayed in the console.

2.2 Free Trials

  • Free trials may be offered for new accounts
  • Payment information may be required to start a trial
  • You will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel

3. Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • Amazon Pay: For Amazon account holders
  • Stripe: Credit/debit cards

Your payment information is processed securely by our payment providers and is not stored on our servers.

4. Billing

4.1  Billing Cycle

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance
  • Monthly subscriptions renew on the same date each month
  • Annual subscriptions renew on the anniversary of purchase

4.2  Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You will receive a reminder before each renewal.

4.3  Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • We will attempt to process the payment again
  • You will be notified of the failure
  • Service may be suspended after multiple failed attempts

5. Refunds

5.1  Subscription Refunds

  • Monthly subscriptions: No partial refunds for unused time
  • Annual subscriptions: Pro-rata refund may be available within 30 days of purchaseure

5.2  Hardware Purchases

  • Refunds for hardware follow our hardware return policy
  • Devices must be returned in original condition

6. Cancellation

6.1  How to Cancel

6.2   Effect of Cancellation

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation
  • You can reactivate your account during this period

7. Hardware and Devices

7.1   When we supply Alexa devices as part of a package:

  • Devices remain your property
  • We are not responsible for device failures or malfunctions
  • Device warranty is provided by the manufacturer

7.2   Your Own Devices:

We are not responsible for:

  • Compatibility issues with your devices
  • Any damage to your devices

8. Price Changes

We may change our prices from time to time. You will be notified of price changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Changes apply to future billing cycles only.

9. Taxes

Prices may be displayed exclusive of VAT. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
